At KEEPTAKE, we’re passionate about helping people value memories over things, whilst also being driven by the need we see in the world and wanting to use business as a way to bring a positive change.
WHO WE ARE
We’re Prash and Jordan – a husband and wife team from Derbyshire, England. We started Keeptake out of a mutual feeling of frustration and excitement. Frustration, because we kept forgetting the moments we valued the most, and excitement, because we knew we had found a way to do something about it.
We wanted to be able to capture the very essence of who we were each year, from our small habits to our great passions and our most prized memories. Most importantly, we didn’t have the time to journal regularly and preferred a question and answer style of memory capturing that would make it easy to compare a lifetime of memories. Our solution was to compile a year’s worth of memories into one twelve-page chapter of a ten-year guided journal, and My Life in Chapters was born.
Now, our memories are everlasting; the story of our life has started and will sit on the bookshelf for us to read back whenever we are feeling nostalgic. One day, we hope to sit with our grandchildren on our laps and a few volumes of My Life in Chapters in our hands, sharing and reminiscing over the memories that made up our lives.

Favourite hobbies/pastimes: Playing guitar, songwriting and spending time outdoors.
Favourite way to spend a Saturday: Taking a drive out to the countryside with friends, climbing a (little!) mountain, and finishing the day with good food… ideally fish and chips.
Favourite local places to visit: The Peak District.

Favourite everyday moments: Dinner dates with friends and family, getting the biggest of squeezes from my niece and nephew, and dancing in the kitchen with Prash.
Favourite hobbies/pastimes: Taking walks in the countryside, all things music related, and going for leisurely summer drives in our very juddery VW Beetle!
Valued possessions: My Life in Chapters and all the houseplants
